The Consumer Protection Laws are yet to get mature as and when digital platforms like E-commerce websites and Daigou shopping platforms are emergying rapidly. Finally, although these flaws, possible advantages of same laws tilt the balance giving constraints a strong strong footing for digital platforms crafting proactive customer support spectrum.
